It all started with Tami. ♡
Tami Conard always had a passion for retail. After opening Wisconsin Trader in Kohler in the ’80s, she took a leap of faith in 1996 and opened TLC Casuals on the Sheboygan riverfront, naming it after her own initials. That first year was a whirlwind, and she barely slept!
Thirty years later, TLC is still family-run and all about helping women feel fabulous in what they wear. Think colorful finds, feel-good fashion, and a little fun along the way. Because style should always feel like you. 💕

The woolen mill rises on Cedar Creek
The historic stone woolen mill is built along Cedar Creek. More than a century later, it becomes TLC's Cedarburg home.

The fish shanties take shape
Fishing shanties line the Sheboygan riverfront, a reminder of the city's commercial fishing heritage and the neighborhood TLC would one day call home.

The mill finds new life
The mill is saved and Cedar Creek Winery moves in, the start of the destination now known as Cedar Creek Settlement.

Wisconsin Trader
Tami opens Wisconsin Trader in Kohler, her first retail baby and the start of her life as a shop owner.

TLC Casuals opens on the riverfront
Tami takes a leap of faith and opens TLC Casuals on the Sheboygan riverfront. The name? Her very own initials. She barely slept that first year.

TLC & a tanning salon in Port Washington
TLC grows beyond Sheboygan with a Port Washington boutique, complete with its own tanning salon. Shop, tan and go!

Admit It
Tami opens Admit It, a home goods and fashion store, and starts her Cedarburg retail story.
